Mountain Walk and Lunch
Join your TWC buddies for a Sunday walk up Mount Cootha and lunch at the Summit café.
Lets meet at the environmental hut carpark, fleming road chapel hill. Opposite the group of shops with the IGA supermarket (opposite the intersection of kirkdale road and fleming road). It is easy to find but, if you have any problems finding us on the day ring Robyn.
We will meet at 11am for an 11.15am departure to walk up the honeyeater track to the summit café. The walk should take us about 40 mins and then we can enjoy drinks and lunch on the summit café deck. A good selection of snacks and light meals are available. We can walk and talk and then head back down the track after lunch.
For those who really don’t want to walk, you can meet us at the summit café at around 12 noon.
It should be a fantastic day, so come along and enjoy an energetic walk and lunch. If you are coming please e-mail Robyn so we know to expect you.
